Nose Creek Dental is proud to offer CEREC one visit crowns, inlays and onlays. This efficient and convenient method of ceramic restoration requires less drilling and fewer injections, and results in a superior finished product.

First, one of our dentists will examine the tooth and surrounding area, and then administer an anesthetic. Once the area is frozen, the damaged part of the tooth is removed, and we then take an optical image of the tooth and area, instead of the previous tray-and-plaster mold method.

Next, we use the CEREC machine to custom design and craft the restoration using the CEREC software, which converts the optical image into a 3D model. The CEREC machine then takes that model and uses it to mill the crown, inlay or onlay right in our office in about 30 minutes. You dentist will then fit and bond the piece in place, so that it fits perfectly with the surrounding teeth.
